This time we use an external solution for paying the course fee. The fee is covering the auditorium, separate lecture halls, equipement and onsite support, but does not include accomodation. There will be 60 course spots available, and we have reserved the same number of rooms at the hotel until January 20, 2025. We kindly ask participants to book and pay for their own accommodation at the hotel.

Hotel Booking

Each participant must book their own accomodation. If you want to stay at the course hotel, Farris Bad, we have negotiated NOK 1890 per night, which applies from Tuesday to Friday. If you wish to stay until Saturday and possibly Sunday, it will be NOK 500 extra per night. Booking is done by direct room reservation to booking@farrisbad.no. You need to state

"NFMSR March 2025".

Your stay is paid upon departure from the hotel. Please note: If you change your mind, you must cancel yourself. If you book in other ways than via this email, you will not get the discounted price. If you book after February 21, 2025, you will not get the discounted price and neither are you guaranteed a room.

Cancellation

After December 15, 2024, it will no longer be possible to receive a refund for cancellations from the hotel. We expect there to be a waiting list, and we will allocate any available spots to those on the waiting list on a "first come, first served" basis. Alternatively, it is fully possible to transfer the spot to a colleague outside of the waiting list. In any case, it is important to notify us in a timely manner if you cannot attend.

The course management does not take responsibility for room cancellations. If participants withdraw from the course, they must remember to cancel their hotel stay themselves. The deadline for room cancellation is March 11 - 2 weeks before the course starts.

Gala Dinner

As the course approaches, we will contact all registered participants and ask for registration for the gala dinner on Thursday evening. This dinner will be charged to the participant and paid upon departure.
